Exchange and return policy

EXTENDED PERIOD: Due to the end-of-year festivities, we have extended the deadline for exchange and return requests from 7 days to 30 calendar days. Valid for purchases made between 12/23/2024 and 01/06/2025.

We serve our customers in the best possible way at the time of purchase and we are available to ensure that the experience is satisfactory in the event of exchanges or returns.

All information about your request will be sent exclusively by email (it is important to check your spam folder). Always confirm that your email is correct before proceeding.

Exchanges & Returns

  • All items must be returned in their original condition, i.e., without signs of use, with the label attached, free gifts, folders, original packaging and any other accompanying elements. Products that do not meet the conditions mentioned above will not be eligible for exchange and/or return. Requests made outside the deadlines stated in this Policy will also not be accepted.
  • The request for exchange or return must be made within 7 (seven) calendar days after receipt of the merchandise. Request here: https://shopbaumer.troque.app.br/ .
  • Baumer is not responsible for the costs of requests from the SECOND exchange onwards.
  • Our quality department will analyze the condition of the product(s) within 5 business days after receipt. If the merchandise does not meet the criteria mentioned in this Policy, we are exempt from accepting the exchange/return and may resend the product(s) to the customer. In this case, the customer loses the right to exchange/return.
  • After we approve the product(s) according to the criteria mentioned in this Policy, the customer will receive a coupon to make a new purchase. If you have chosen to return the product, the refund request will be forwarded to our financial department.
  • We do not exchange items for items. Exchanges are only made using a coupon. The exchange coupon cannot be used in conjunction with a discount coupon or any other coupon. The amount made available will be the amount actually paid, and will not be compared with any price increases in effect "after the promotion".
  • If the order value is higher than the coupon balance, simply complete the payment by credit card, Pix or bank slip on the website. If the total amount is not used, please contact us to request a new coupon with the remaining value.

Chargebackㅤ

  • The refund will be for the amount paid according to the payment method used for the purchase. When the refund is partial, if the remaining items do not meet the requirements for obtaining free shipping, the amount corresponding to shipping will be discounted from the value of the item(s) refunded.
  • For orders paid by credit card, the amount will be refunded within 5 (five) business days after the products have been approved in our quality analysis. The refund by the card administrator may take up to 2 invoices, depending on the closing date of your card.
  • For orders paid with boleto or PIX, the amount will be refunded within 5 (five) business days after the products have been approved in our quality analysis. The account for the refund will automatically be the same one that the customer used to pay for the purchase.

Defectㅤ

  • We ensure that products are delivered in perfect condition and within our strict quality standards. If you have received a product with a visible defect, you have 7 calendar days from the date of receipt to make a complaint and request an exchange. The product must be in accordance with the conditions described in our Exchange Policy.
  • If any defect occurs after use, we ask that the customer report the situation within 90 calendar days, counting from the date of receipt of the product. After we receive the merchandise for evaluation, the deadline for the analysis report may be up to 30 calendar days.
